You understand immediately that this is a place people love to be. The people who work here, and the clients that work with them. It's a place where inspiration is sought every day, where owners and interns alike roll up their sleeves, to think, to create, to succeed by helping our clients succeed.

Egos are checked at the door. Passion, talent and the belief anything is possible is the cost of entry. We believe in our clients. We believe they understand their business, and that together we can take their business to a higher level, and have fun doing it. We want our clients to be famous, and we want to help get them there.

Many agencies struggle to define their identity, their USP. Ours is simple. Our DNA is the same as our every day. It is our people and our work. On that score, we do better than most. Our three founding partners work, and work hard, every day on our clients' business. They spend precious little time on agency promotion, and precious time on client promotion.

The partners share an upbringing in Winnipeg, arguably one of the toughest advertising markets in the country. A city that's usually the first to get cut from any advertising budget. It's a chip we carry proudly on our shoulder as our markets, our clients, and our business gets bigger, and the challenges get more interesting but never more insurmountable.
